ISE L-shaped tandem

May 29, 2022 Andreas Fell
This examples simulates the 1 cm x 1 cm laboratory Si-perovskite tandem solar cell design of Fraunhofer ISE, featuring an L-shaped metallization pattern.
It uses the "generic syntax" to define a quarter-symmetry solution domain including the L-shaped metal geometry, and including a dark perimeter region to account for perimeter losses.
The download also contains a simple unit cell tandem settingsfile.
